Street style.

I could trawl through street style blogs all day, err'day. I have so many photos saved and the following are on high rotation in my inspiration folders at the moment.

I especially love looking at street style blogs for outfit inspiration. Admittedly (and sadly) I don't own any of their amazing designer duds but it's a good medium to get ideas. The main inspiration I get from these photos are:

Colours. I look at what colours the subject has paired together and what works. I then filter this into my own outfits.

Styles. As it is with high-end designs, there are interpretations everywhere which we end up buying at Zara, H&M, Witchery, Country Road etc. I look to how the subjects style their pieces and take heed!

Silhouettes. I pick up so many new silhouettes and shapes looking at how people style things - this is particularly helpful for layering in winter.

DIY. There are soooo many items below that could easily be made at home - and let me tell you, with my free time lately I have been sewing and stitching up a storm!
