mbfwa wrap-up.

Fashion Week this year killed it. I seriously loved so many collections, so narrowing them down to my favourites was really hard. In addition to my favourites from earlier in the week (here) these few collections had my heart racing.

Ellery.

Zimmermann.

I have to say though, I think Zimmermann took the cake for me. From the amazing prints to the silhouettes and cut-out design, I think I might as well take shares out on the company. The dress/tops with the twist detailing at the bust at killing me.

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia.

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia (mbfwa) kicked off yesterday to an amazing start. I've actually really liked all of the collections, but so far, Miss Unkon and Manning Cartel are clear winners for me. Although I quite liked Gail Sorronda's collection - I was disappointed that it seemed to be in darkness? And from the reviews this was indeed the case. She showed her collection via 'The Box', whereby those viewing the collection can wander around the models at their own pace to inspect the collection. However, apparently it was almost impossible to view the collection, which is a shame as it looked quite good.

I actually own the shoes the models wore for the Miss Unkon parade and despite their height, they are the most comfortable shoes I own. Loooove them.
