Whoaaaa mumma - I think this has to be the biggest collaboration to date.
It's just been announced Target will collaborate with 24 CFDA designers to contribute to a limited edition holiday collection. As if that's not enough Neiman Marcus is joining in on the fun too!
WWD daily suggests all 50+ pieces will have a price point between US$7.99-$499.99. What exactly can we expect? Womenswear, menswear, accessories, home wares and sporting goods.
The biggest question of all... what designers are collaborating?
Drumroll please, this is huge: Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, Diane von Furstenberg, Altuzarra, Marchesa, Rogan and.... I can't believe it Proenza Schouler. Remember, this is only seven out of 24!
HUUUUGE news. Expect to see this rolled out (in America, and presumably with highly inflated prices on eBay) December 1. A VERY happy holidays to all.
